Description
The Corporate Partnerships Manager is the primary connector between internal business units and the Marketing Department. This role ensures business priorities, KPIs and immediate needs are translated into clear, actionable marketing briefs and delivered through well-scoped campaigns and projects. While not embedded in day-to-day production, the role is a critical collaborator who drives clarity, alignment and momentum across marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership
o Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business unit leaders and executives.
o Facilitate regular discussions to understand immediate priorities, business KPIs and performance drivers.
o Act as a trusted marketing advisor, recommending appropriate marketing approaches aligned to business needs.
* Briefing, Scoping & Collaboration
o Translate business requirements into structured marketing briefs with clear objectives, scope and success measures.
o Collaborate with marketing specialists to define recommendations, effort, timelines and dependencies.
o Ensure clarity of expectations across stakeholders before work commences.
* Project & Campaign Management
o Monitor the execution of campaigns, projects and major marketing initiatives to ensure progress, quality and alignment.
o Track milestones, risks and dependencies using project management tools such as Asana.
o Maintain a short- to mid-term delivery focus while contributing to broader strategic frameworks and long-term direction.
* Governance, Reporting & Executive Communication
o Lead project and campaign discussions at a departmental level, ensuring alignment and accountability.
o Contribute to executive-level reporting, providing clear updates, insights and recommendations.
o Communicate with executives using decision-led, approval-focused or context-driven approaches as required.

o Strong experience in marketing project management.
o Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana).
