We’re working with a welcoming, inclusive primary school looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. You’ll play a key role in helping children feel safe, understood, and ready to learn, both in and out of the classroom.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
2. Helping children manage routines, emotions, and learning tasks
3. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
4. Creating a calm, positive learning environment
You’ll be a great fit if you:
5. Have experience supporting children with SEN, personal or professional
6. Are patient, kind, and consistent
7. Understand that progress comes in small steps

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
