Position: Female Support Worker
Pay: £13 per hour
Shifts: Days or Nights
Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time
What You’ll Do
6. Provide person‑centred support
7. Assist with medication, cooking, cleaning, and daily activities
8. Offer emotional support and promote independence
9. Support community access and engagement
10. Empower people to learn, grow, and enjoy hobbies
11. Manage challenging behaviours calmly and consistently
What We’re Looking For
12. Outgoing, approachable, and confident
13. Fair and resilient
14. Compassionate with a positive attitude
15. Great communication and problem‑solving skills
16. Flexible, organised, and a team player
17. Able to manage challenging situations
Essential: Mental Health experience
Desirable: Full UK Driving Licence
