Contract: Monday to Friday | 40 hours/week | Shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm

About the Role
Are you a passionate and caring early years professional looking for an exciting new opportunity? Shooting Stars Nurseries is thrilled to be opening a brand-new, fully refurbished nursery in Tettenhall — and we’re looking for enthusiastic level 3 Nursery Nurses to join our team from the very beginning!

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high standards of care, learning, and development in line with the EYFS
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Observe, assess, and support children’s individual learning journeys
* Maintain accurate and effective children’s records
* Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals
* Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
* Promote inclusive practice and support children with additional needs
* Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment
* Support students and contribute to team development
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
* Knowledge and experience of delivering the EYFS
* A caring, flexible, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
Desirable:
* Post-qualifying experience in a private day nursery
* Experience of Ofsted inspections
* Experience supporting children with SEN
* Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene certificates
