Customer Success Manager – FinTech (Implementation & Delivery Focus), Bolton, Greater Manchester
We’re hiring on behalf of a high-growth fintech start-up that’s transforming how lenders, brokers, and intermediaries manage loans. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who thrives in implementation-heavy roles and is confident in taking ownership of complex client onboarding and delivery.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong SaaS delivery experience who can lead client implementations, manage stakeholders, and drive long-term success. Lending industry experience is a plus but not essential.
Responsibilities:
* Implementation & Delivery: Lead client onboarding and implementation, ensuring smooth, on-time rollouts and high client satisfaction.
* Project Management: Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and resolve issues proactively.
* Customer Engagement: Build relationships, understand client needs, and act as a trusted advisor.
* Stakeholder Management: Align internal teams and clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
* Commercial Awareness: Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities that benefit clients.
* Process Improvement: Suggest and implement workflow enhancements.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS with a focus on project delivery and implementation.
* Self-starter capable of managing complex projects independently.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Experience in intermediated lending, financial services, or working with brokers/lenders is helpful but not essential.
* Customer-first mindset with commercial awareness.
