Pay: £12.30 per hour
Contract: Permanent, part-time, 16-20 hours per week + regular overtime
Working Pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings from 6am, afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Support your colleagues to solve problems and make everyone's day better.
* Ensure store safety and legality by keeping shelves stocked, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Get involved in community activities and events.
