The Role As a Senior Import Operator, you will take full ownership of import operations, managing end-to-end shipments across air freight, sea freight, and road freight, with a strong emphasis on FCL (Full Container Load). Youll collaborate with global partners, oversee high-value accounts, and deliver a seamless, high-quality logistics service. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end import shipments (air, sea & road freight) Coordinate with international offices, agents, and partners Handle FCL quotations, pricing, and rate negotiation Manage Amazon FBA shipments and compliance Oversee and develop key client accounts Raise invoices and manage financial processing Resolve queries with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail What Were Looking For 710 years freight forwarding experience Strong expertise in import operations, particularly FCL shipments Proven ability to manage full shipment lifecycle (door-to-door) Excellent client relationship management and communication skills Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment Why Join?
