About the Role
As our Retail Manager, you’ll lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
You will:
* Motivate, train, and develop your team to achieve business goals.
* Drive customer loyalty and ensure a welcoming in-store experience.
* Manage stock, merchandising, rosters, and compliance standards.
* Foster a positive and high-performing team culture.
* 12 Month Full time Contract
About You
You’re an energetic and results-focused leader who thrives in a customer-centric environment.
You’ll bring:
* Proven retail or team management experience (pharmacy or health retail ideal).
* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and payroll.
* Thrives working in a fast paced environment.
* Current or willing-to-obtain police clearance.
Bonus if you have an S2/S3 Certificate or pharmacy experience.
