Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Field Services Engineer based in Rochester. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and servicing equipment on client sites to ensure optimal performance. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include performing troubleshooting and technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and addressing equipment‑related issues to minimise downtime. Additionally, the role involves professional interaction with customers to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong business relationships.
Qualifications
* Experience in Field Service and the ability to perform on‑site equipment maintenance and repairs
* Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve equipment malfunctions effectively
* Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure the longevity of equipment and minimise issues
* Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to professionally interact with clients and address their needs
* Strong problem‑solving, time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
* A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites
* Experience with hygiene or washroom services is a plus
* Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are considered an asset
