Responsibilities: We provide first-line internal support for Business Central queries logged via the helpdesk. We investigate, analyse, and resolve system issues where possible, taking ownership through to resolution. We escalate complex issues to the Programme Coordinator or external support partners when required. We review internal support tickets and requests to identify trends, recurring issues, and training opportunities. We create, update, and maintain internal knowledge-base articles, FAQs, and user guidance. We develop and maintain internal training materials, user guides, and process documentation to improve system understanding and adoption. We organise, file, and share internal project documentation, recordings, and meeting notes. We capture and communicate actions and decisions following project meetings. We support the creation and tracking of purchase orders for system and project activities. We manage project diaries and help coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions. We support colleagues across Finance, Operations, and Projects, helping them use Business Central effectively and confidently in their day-to-day work.
