Overview
Fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 listed property litigation department based in central Liverpool. The firm is recognized as one of the best practices in the North of England and pursues a strong commitment to work/life balance. The team comprises 15 staff across 3 offices, with work overseen by a Legal Director.
Responsibilities
* Handle a broad mix of landlord and commercial tenant work, including dilapidation, leasehold and freehold management, lease renewals, forfeiture, trespass and possession claims.
Qualifications
* Ideally at Associate / Senior Associate level, with a clear progression plan in place.
* At least one year of experience as a qualified solicitor, or, at minimum, experience in property litigation in one seat of your training contract.

Salary
Salary based on PQE level, between £40,000 – £70,000.
