Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an Internal Sales Executive to their successful team. What you’ll be doing: Building and nurturing strong relationships with an existing client base. Responding to inbound enquiries, preparing quotes, and advising on product availability. Liaising with manufacturers and wholesalers to source the right solutions. Working closely with technical specialists to guide customers and introduce new products. Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across a wide product range. Negotiating pricing and closing sales with confidence. Delivering excellent service – from straightforward queries to more complex challenges. Communicating effectively with customers via phone and email. What we’re looking for: Previous experience in internal sales, account management, or telesales. A strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills. Confidence in building rapport with customers at all levels. Commercial awareness and a results-driven attitude. Technical knowledge in industrial or electrical sectors is desirable but not essential – training and support are available. A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to ask the right questions and deliver tailored answers. What’s on offer: Competitive salary £30,000 – £40,000 DOE. Annual bonus of up to 7.5%. Annual salary reviews every December. 25 days holiday 8 statutory days, with extra holidays earned for length of service. Company pension scheme.
