Your Role as a Cover Supervisor
In this role, you’ll be working as a Cover Supervisor in a local Salisbury secondary school. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing a classroom during teacher absences
Delivering pre-set lessons and ensuring students remain engaged
Promoting a positive, structured learning environment
Gaining an authentic understanding of day-to-day school life
Note: No lesson planning, marking, or formal teaching required — just real, practical experience in a supportive environment.
