Skilled Labourer
Location: Onsite role based at our compound in Burntwood, Lichfield, with travel to sites across Burton, Tamworth, Wolverhampton, Rugeley and Birmingham
Hours: Typically working Monday to Friday 39 hours.
This is an exciting opportunity for a experienced Labourer to join Novus Property Solutions. The role is primarily outdoors, supporting our teams of tradespeople delivering re-roofing programmes within Social Housing properties. Ideal applicants will have previous experience in the construction sector and a driving license.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience Skilled Labourer
* General labouring duties to support our trades teams on re-roofing programmes
* Supporting the repair of properties where required and within capabilities
* Plot cleaning and returning properties to pre-refurbishment standards
* Receiving deliveries and maintaining stock levels
* Supporting the delivery and removal of materials to operatives on site
* Assisting with procurement, off-hires and costings for internal and external plant and skips
* Following and enforcing company health and safety procedures
* Providing excellent customer service at all times while working in tenants homes
* Adhering to Novus industry-leading Health & Safety policies
* This role requires a DBS check
* A full UK driving licence is essential
