Responsibilities include:
1. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
2. Creating attractive food and counter displays
3. Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
4. Handling cash and operating the cash register
5. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
6. Complying with Health & Safety regulations

This role is part-time, contracted to 30 hours per week, supporting Defence operations. Part of Compass Group UK&I, ESS supports UK military establishments, police, secure environments, government sites, and energy sector facilities.
