Responsible for vibration analysis routes and data analysis.
Complete root cause analysis to support onsite failures.
Identify and drive reliability-based improvements.
Collaborate with clients to implement enhanced reliability, measured by downtime and MTBF.
Complete designated tasks efficiently, effectively, and to a high standard.
Consider all implications of tasks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Provide and implement ideas to improve manufacturing, efficiency, and equipment reliability.
Work safely, adhering to company policies and procedures, and considering duty of care.
Work closely with your Line Manager to ensure smooth execution of reliability tasks and support shutdown activities.
Identify areas for improved plant efficiency through knowledge and analysis.
Support and communicate change activities.
Hours of work:
07:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break, totaling 40 hours per week.
About You:
CAT 1 trained, proficient in CBM monitoring tools, with an understanding of the manufacturing industry (preferably food).
Knowledge of managing safety and intermediate food hygiene standards.
Practical engineering experience including legislation.
Up to City & Guilds part 3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant discipline.
Broad knowledge of modern maintenance techniques and engineering fundamentals.
