Rapidname Ltd is a family run company established over 35 years ago. The company has successfully launched two prominent men's fashion brands Mish Mash Jeans and Pearly King. As Rapidname continues to digitally expand we are seeking an ambitious driven, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to be part of our team and join us and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality fashion.
This is a part-time role (negotiable) located in Elland, West Yorkshire for an Ecommerce Executive / Content Manager. The role includes managing ecommerce accounts and driving sales growth, monitoring and analysing website performance data, optimising the online customer experience and creating strategies to enhance the online brand presence. Additional responsibilities involve collaborating with team members to manage inventory, handle product listings and implement promotional campaigns.
The ideal applicant will have a strong background in SEO, social media marketing, and content creation, with a keen eye for design and analytics.
If the applicant has experience of photography and videography we can incorporate this into the role as additional duties including product photography, fashion shoots, packshot photography, look books, style files (flat lay) and point of sale photography. The videos are short promotional videos and reels.
Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and maximise revenue.
* Manage and optimise product listings across e-commerce platforms
* Website content management, ensuring accurate product descriptions, engaging visuals, and consistent branding.
* Utilise SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
* Coordinate social media marketing campaigns to promote products, engage customers, and build brand awareness across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
* Create compelling content including copywriting, photography, video editing, and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, In-design and Illustrator.
* Analyse website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
* Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and promote special offers or new product launches using Klaviyo.
* Develop content strategy plans aligned with overall marketing objectives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
* Monitor industry trends related to B2B marketing, content marketing, social media management, and emerging digital tools.
Requirements
* Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of retail and on-line environments. Ideally experience in the fashion / garment industry.
* Proficiency in SEO best practices, social media marketing, content management systems
* Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
* Excellent copywriting abilities with a flair for creating engaging content tailored to target audiences.
* Experience in photography and video editing for content creation purposes
* Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking website performance metrics.
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms and strategies for effective customer engagement including Klaviyo.
* Ability to develop content strategies that align with overall business goals while maintaining consistency across channels.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for teamwork and collaboration within diverse departments.
