JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 1+years PQE

SALARY: GBP Dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
Due to ongoing growth, this leading regional firm is seeking an additional Employment Solicitor to join their well:established and busy employment team in Leicester. You'll handle a broad mix of contentious and non:contentious employment matters for both employer and employee clients across a wide range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on contracts of employment, disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Handling employment tribunal claims from inception to conclusion
- Advising on redundancy, restructuring, TUPE and settlement agreements
- Drafting and advising on restrictive covenants and employment policies
- Supporting senior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives
THE CANDIDATE:
- Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years' PQE in employment law
- Strong experience in both contentious and non:contentious employment matters
- Confident handling client relationships and managing your own caseload
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and commercially:minded approach
