We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lecturer for our Prep for Life programme. As a Lecturer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our students and preparing them for the challenges of the modern world.
Salary: £30,202.00 to £41,768.00 per Annum
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students enrolled in the Prep for Life programme.
* Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
* Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant content into the curriculum.
* Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications
* A relevant degree in Education or a related field.
* Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).
* Previous experience in teaching or training students in a similar setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for education and supporting student growth.
