Overview

Working closely with the wider design team, you will be the creative lead on the department with regards to driving newness for the teenwear market across multiproduct. The role will suit a teen girlswear specialist with a sound knowledge of developing product in this area, coupled with a commercial mindset and the ability to work at pace. Responsibilities
* Act as the creative lead for the teen girlswear department, driving newness across multiproduct.
* Collaborate with the wider design team to define trend direction and product strategy for teenwear.
* Develop and translate trends into commercially viable products with pace.

* Specialist in teen girlswear with strong knowledge of product development in this area.
* Commercial mindset and ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment.
