What You’ll Be Doing Manage end-to-end recruitment support—from posting roles and screening applications to interview coordination and onboarding. Act as the key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive journey at every stage. Provide hiring managers with timely support and clear communication throughout the recruitment process. Keep accurate records in the ATS system and prepare all necessary onboarding documentation for new starters. Work closely with colleagues in Recruitment and the wider People team to meet deadlines and deliver results. Handle confidential information with care while championing a first-class candidate experience. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in recruitment coordination is ideal, but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Confident communicator—both written and verbal—with a warm, approachable manner. Solid administrative skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (experience with ATS systems is a plus). Attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Ready to Apply?
