* Design the Proclaim Case Management System
* Document templates and develop new workflows.
* Develop and maintain new business solutions.
* Build MI to track and monitor performance and KPIs.
* Keep up to date with the latest industry developments.
Skills:
* Experience developing the Proclaim Case Management System
* Degree level education beneficial but not essential
* Understanding of legal workflows and their implementation into case management software
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Positive, innovative, and inquisitive approach to problem solving.
