This role is ideal for an experienced Lead Engineer or Supervisor looking to progress into contract management within a structured and supportive environment. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small FM contracts across commercial buildings throughout Greater London, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency and strong client relationships.
