As a Pastoral Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the personal development, well-being, and behaviour of our students. Working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, and families, you’ll lead on pastoral care strategies that foster inclusion, resilience, and positive relationships. This is a dynamic, people-focused role where every day brings opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
What You’ll Do
1. Student Well-being: Champion mental health and emotional support, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and ready to learn.
2. Behaviour & Inclusion: Lead behaviour management strategies, promote positive conduct, and uphold our inclusive ethos.
