What We Offer
Salary: £21,486 rising to £21,740 per year, (Full time equivalent £24,619 rising to £24,910 per year)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time- 37 hours per week Term Time Only 36 + 2 weeks per year

What You’ll Do
• Provide personalised academic and pastoral support to students
• Help learners develop study habits, organisational skills, and confidence
• Work closely with teaching teams to ensure students stay engaged and on track
• Support young people and adults with a range of needs in and out of the classroom
• Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
What You’ll Bring
• Experience working with learners or supporting individuals (education, youth work, care, mentoring, coaching — all welcome)
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed
• Strong communication, empathy, and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting diverse learners
