About the Role
You will be working as part of a close-knit, experienced optical team within a luxury practice setting. The focus is on delivering a highly personalised dispensing experience, with time to understand each patient's lifestyle, prescription needs, and style preferences.
This is a varied and engaging dispensing role, combining clinical accuracy with high-end styling and consultation. You will be trusted to manage your own patients and deliver a premium service from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
Full dispensing of spectacles, including complex and premium prescriptions Providing expert frame styling and lens consultation tailored to individual needs Working confidently with high-value and bespoke eyewear (including ADV £1500+) Supporting patients through a fully personalised eyewear journey Ensuring exceptional clinical accuracy and attention to detail at all times Building long-term patient relationships within a community-focused setting Working collaboratively with optometrists and wider clinical team Maintaining high presentation standards in a luxury retail environment About the Practice

About You
We are looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician who:
Holds GOC registration as a Dispensing Optician Has experience in a premium, boutique, or high-end optical environment (preferred) Is confident working with luxury eyewear and bespoke styling consultations Has strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy Enjoys delivering a high level of personalised patient care Communicates confidently and professionally with patients and colleagues Thrives in a quality-driven, service-focused environment rather than a target-led one Enjoys being part of a supportive, collaborative team What's on Offer
