Role: Pre-Construction director Location: Rotherham 300 North are partnering with a leading Tier 1 construction contractor to appoint an experienced Pre-Construction Director to lead and drive bid strategy across major projects in the Yorkshire region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing pre-construction activity from early feasibility through to tender submission and contract award, ensuring commercial protection, risk management and margin optimisation at every stage. The Role You will lead the full pre-construction lifecycle, working closely with Commercial, Operational and Executive teams to secure profitable, well-structured projects.
