Working on a one-to-one or small group basis, you will help students build confidence, improve their core skills, and achieve recognised Functional Skills qualifications. Thats why we encourage a supportive, flexible approach to tutoring creating an environment where learners feel comfortable, motivated, and able to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-to-one or small group Functional Skills English and/or Maths sessions. Plan and adapt lessons to suit different learning abilities and engagement levels. Support learners in developing core literacy and numeracy skills relevant to everyday life and work. Build positive relationships with learners to promote confidence and consistent progress.
