Location: Mobile - HVAC; Reading / Bracknell and Slough areas
Salary: Dependant on Experience + Van & Fuel Card + Overtime and Call out
Working Hours: 0800-1700 Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week; 1 hour lunch
Contract Type: Perm Full Time

Role Overview
Provide general electrical / mechanical maintenance service and support on Refrigeration / Air Conditioning, heating equipment and associated plant to various properties and Data Centres.
What You'll Do
* Carry out planned preventive maintenance tasks on a variety of plant, equipment and industrial service supplies including HVAC Plant and all associated equipment
* Maintain Industrial / Commercial Chillers and various split systems
* Maintain Building Management Systems and AHU Plant and associated equipment
* Carry out reactive repair tasks on site plant and equipment
* Perform duties in a safe, tidy and responsible manner in compliance with Health & Safety requirements
* Use spares and materials in a cost-effective manner
* Carry out other duties as reasonably requested by site management or client
* Abide by client and EMCOR site rules and maintain high discipline
* Work as an on-call duty engineer as part of a team rota if required
* Complete site work order documentation to required standards
* Carry out other duties reasonably requested by EMCOR and client management
Who you'll be
* Solid background within a similar role
* Trade Qualifications and Refrigeration NVQ/C&G Certificate
* Electrical qualifications or demonstrated competence
* Data Centre experience would be helpful but not prerequisite
* Refrigerant handling certification
* Knowledge of Permit to Work System
* Health and Safety training or willingness to undertake
* Ability to sustain effective relationships
* Some knowledge of Building Management Systems is advantageous
