Providing full support for obtaining your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, including covering the cost of study materials and exams.
What will you be doing?
Running client reviews through Intelligent Office (IO).
Handling new business submissions and managing existing business administration.
Spotting gaps in information and ensuring all client data is accurate and complete.
Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
Performing general office duties such as photocopying, printing, binding, and posting reports.
Scanning mail and managing correspondence.
Occasionally making coffee and assisting with other hospitality tasks for clients.
