MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious company in the Spennymoor area.
The Job Youll Do;
Attending daily tool box talks with supervisors on a daily basis
Manually loading vans with completed products
Following picking lists, cross referencing against products prior to loading products in to the vans
Cutting items with a variety of saws to precision size
Measuring materials prior to items being dispatched, with tape measure to ensure the items are within precision position
Heavy lifting of products when required
Assembly using hand tools, power tools and drills to secure components
Quality inspection of a range of components.
Should have working knowledge of all production departments and understand the systems used.
About You;
Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment.
A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job.
Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
Comfortable to complete over time, as due the pressing nature of role overtime can be very regular on Saturday morning and evening
Experience of supervisory and co-ordination of a team is advantageous
