Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Operate various production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
* Utilise hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks, ensuring proper handling and maintenance.
* Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues or required maintenance.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Assist in the training of new staff on production processes and equipment usage as needed.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
* Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required.
* Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
