Role Overview
Protect critical national infrastructure through world‑class security delivery. The Physical Security Delivery Project Manager will lead the delivery of physical security solutions within a major defence infrastructure programme, ensuring requirements are fully integrated and delivered on time, cost and quality.
Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of physical security work packages and align them with programme objectives.
* Provide oversight across design, construction and commissioning phases of security solutions.
* Manage interfaces with project, technical and construction teams, resolving issues collaboratively.
* Engage with stakeholders, including Ministry of Defence representatives and delivery partners.
* Monitor progress against scope, schedule and cost, escalating risks where required.
Essential Experience
* Proven experience in project management, ideally within security or building design delivery.
* Experience delivering projects under NEC4 contracts.
* Demonstrable ability to work effectively within small multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
* Knowledge of physical high‑security environments and relevant standards or guidance.
Qualifications
* HNC, HND or Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who can achieve and maintain Security Check (SC security clearance) for this role.
