We have roles across the entire Wirral peninsula, including: Birkenhead, Wallasey, Bebington, Prenton, Heswall, West Kirby.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people (coaching, youth work, or classroom support) is preferred.
* Attributes: A calm, authoritative presence and the ability to adapt to different subjects and school environments.
* Compliance: You must hold or be willing for an Enhanced DBS check and have the right to work in the UK.
Key Duties:
* Supervise Work: Ensure students complete the pre:prepared tasks set by the absent teacher.
* Behaviour Management: Maintain a calm and productive learning environment following the schools behaviour policy.
* Student Support: Assist pupils with queries and keep them on task.
* Safety and Welfare: Ensure the health and safety of students throughout the lesson.
* Reporting: Provide brief feedback to the school on student progress and any issues encountered.
