Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join their prestigious care home team. The successful candidate will be a professional sales professional who will support the home to increase occupancy. This is an opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team and deliver a range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales and increase the digital profile of the home.


Main duties of the job

As the Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to network within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries. You will also support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy. Additionally, you will be required to identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.

You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
* Excellent communication skills.
* Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
* Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
* Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
NEED TO HAVE:
* Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
* Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
* Be self-motivated and target driven
* Have interpersonal and professional qualities
* Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
* Full UK driving licence
NEED TO DO:
* Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
* Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
* Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
* Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
* Respond to sales enquiries.
* Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
* Maintain a contacts database.

Qualifications

* You should have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, although this is not essential. You should also have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or a similar CRM application, be self-motivated and target-driven, and have interpersonal and professional qualities. Additionally, you should be a confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and have a full UK driving licence.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.

Depending on experienceSalary expectations will be discussed at interview stage.
