Development Details: This role will be based at a development located at Kidbrooke, South East London. The development consists of 1500 luxury residential homes and is located less than a 10-minute walk from Kidbrooke Station. Kidbrooke Village provides 86 acres of new parkland and open space and has been awarded the prestigious 'Sir David Attenborough Award' for Enhancing Biodiversity. This is a hands-on role that combines practical work with helping coordinate and oversee daily operations. The successful candidate will assist with organising staff schedules, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard, and stepping in to cover the Site Supervisor when needed. Basic maintenance knowledge is essential, along with excellent communication and organisational skills. The Assistant Site Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations and high service standards across the estate. Training will be provided where necessary. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As an Assistant Site Supervisor at Rendall & Rittner, you will: you’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others. you’ll help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development throughout your shifts by reporting any defect or health and safety concerns, helping to ensure the safety of everyone on the development. having a strong understanding of Health and Safety Processes. You have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections, cleaning and maintenance (externally and internally). your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately being part of a strong unified working environment. you’ll be a someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean and safe environment for residents, guests and your team You’ll hold a driving licence with an excellent road safety record.
