Overview
The KPMG SAP Sectors Consulting function is a cornerstone of our business. We work on complex engagements across multiple sectors, delivering pre-sales, business transformation and technical delivery of SAP solutions. This role focuses on Supply Chain within SAP S/4HANA projects and involves client-facing activities, leadership, and collaboration across teams.
What you will be doing
* Lead the design and delivery of a Supply Chain workstream on a large SAP S/4HANA project.
* Drive and support pre-sales cycles to win future SAP Supply Chain engagements; present to C-Suite stakeholders.
* Design and implement complex SAP Supply Chain solutions, leveraging knowledge across other workstreams.
* Supervise and coach junior staff to develop their potential.
* Project manage SAP delivery, including timelines, team briefings, delivery of your functional area, and reviews by Directors and Partners.
* Lead and support business development and sales initiatives, including bid and proposal support/presenting to SAP clients.
What you will need to do it
* Functional SAP Supply Chain expertise in the following solution areas (prioritised):
o SAP Industrial Manufacturing / Production Planning & Execution
o SAP Design to Operate / SAP Plant to Fulfill
o SAP Order Management & Fulfillment / AATP / Logistics Execution
* Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and integration with other business functions
* 2+ full lifecycle SAP system design, build and deployment experience
* Ability to build strong client relationships based on subject matter expertise and ensure quality of delivery
* Analytical skills and ability to clarify and synthesize complex information
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with mentoring and capability knowledge transfer
* Team lead experience (on/offshore)
* Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, team-building, organisational and motivational skills
Other desirable skills / extras
* Experience advising on technical SAP integrations with other tools in the Supply Chain area
* Experience in Manufacturing industries (e.g., Consumer Packaging Goods, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Retail)
* Facilitating design workshops and translating requirements into design
* Ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams
* Self-starter with the ability to work in ambiguity
* Support business development and sales initiatives, including presenting to C-suite stakeholders
* Knowledge of digital trends in Supply Chain (e.g., ESG, Industry 4.0, SCM digital solutions with SAP)
