Salary: £30.00 – £40.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging, personalised online lessons to meet individual student needs.
2. Support students with SEND, adapting teaching methods to ensure inclusion and accessibility.
3. Create a positive and motivating online learning environment.
4. Track progress, provide feedback, and help students build confidence in their learning.
5. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and school staff when required.
Essential Skills & Experience
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable, or proven tutoring/teaching experience.
7. Strong understanding of SEND support strategies and differentiated teaching methods.
8. Confident communicator with excellent online presentation skills.
9. Skilled in using virtual learning platforms and digital tools.
10. Patient, compassionate, and dedicated to helping every learner thrive.
