As a Graduate / Intermediate Building Surveyor, you’ll be hands-on in delivering a wide range of surveying services, including:
Project management and contract administration (up to £3.5m+)
Design, specification, and oversight of maintenance works
Surveys: condition, pre-acquisition, reinstatement cost, and planned maintenance
Party Wall matters, Licence for Alterations, Insurance reinstatements
Working with an exciting client list in Central London Graduate/Intermediate Building Surveyor
RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
Strong MS Office skills – especially Word and Excel
Basic construction and building services knowledge
Strong communication, literacy, and problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to learn
Bonus if you have:
Experience with AutoCAD or similar
Industry placement or work experience
A clean driving licence
London-based or within a 1-hour commute
