Join Our IT Team in a Windows 11 Support Role (Temp)
We’re offering a fantastic short-term opportunity to join our IT team and play a key role in our Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration project. Based onsite at Paddock Wood, this hands-on role is perfect for someone who has strong Windows knowledge, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in IT.
About The Role
As part of the Windows 11 rollout team, you will assist in the seamless transition to Windows 11, supporting the IT project team with tasks such as:
* Preparing new equipment and ensuring it’s set up to company standards.
* Upgrading existing hardware using our proven checklists and processes.
* Swapping out machines and coordinating with users to minimise downtime.
* Providing onsite support to end-users, ensuring a smooth handover and addressing any immediate queries.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who has:
* Knowledge and confidence working with Windows operating systems.
* A can-do attitude and enthusiasm for IT projects.
* Excellent task prioritisation skills to ensure smooth project progression.
* Strong communication skills with a respectful and customer-focused approach.
