Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery team in Southampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and committed to supporting children’s learning and development within a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
The Role:
* Provide high-quality care and early learning in line with the EYFS framework
* Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can thrive
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Observe, assess, and support children’s individual development and progress
* Work collaboratively as part of a professional and committed team
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
* A warm, patient, and caring approach
* A good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for working with young children
