We are seeking casual Kitchen Porters and Racing Porters to join our Beverley team! Kitchen Porter Operating the Pot Wash machine and cleaning of all utensils and crockery Washing up the Kitchen during and after service Closing down the KP area and resetting for the following day Compliance with Health and Safety standards General assistance with other departments as and if required Racing Porter Setting up event rooms, including furniture and layout preparation Preparing and organising plates, cutlery, and glassware Supporting service teams with equipment and stock distribution Maintaining high standards of cleanliness before, during, and after events Managing waste disposal and recycling in line with company procedures Carrying out manual handling tasks safely and efficiently Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines What we can offer: £12.71 per hour! Person Specification Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail and organisation skills Ability to carry out physical/manual handling tasks Team player with a flexible attitude Previous experience in events, hospitality, or similar roles is desirable Must be a minimum 17 years old to apply due to the nature of this role Recruitment Process: You will need to complete the attached video task in this application. If successful, you will then be invited to attend a training induction on the 26th June, held at Beverley Racecourse. This would be a fully paid induction, including a venue tour.
