The Role:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual needsSupport students with Autism, SEMH, and additional learning difficultiesWork collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parentsMonitor pupil progress and adapt learning strategies where necessaryCreate a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environmentWe are looking for someone who:
Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualificationHas experience working within SEN settings or inclusive classroomsCan confidently manage behaviour and support additional needsIs passionate about improving outcomes for SEN pupilsHolds or is willing to obtain a Child and Adult DBSWhat's on offer:
