We’ll give you full training for our Support Worker roles at our CQC Residential Service in King\\\'s Norton. This is a permanent role with both Part time and Full time contracts available, working either 30 or 37.5 hours per week. As a Support Worker, you will receive £12.50 per hour/ £24,374 per annum FTE.As a Support Worker, you will be supporting individuals at the home who are deafblind, have visual and/or hearing impairments, complex needs and learning disabilities.A full manual UK license and must be willingness to drive is required as we do to take the people we support to do activities outside of the home.Experience of using British Sign Language (BSL) or having a BSL qualification is desirable.Your duties can include:To support individuals / groups within the home, centre and community.To provide a customised, responsive and high quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities who use Sense services.To deliver services which meet or exceed organisational expectations and standards.About SenseFor everyone living with complex disabilities.
