Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) | Warwickshire | Legal 500 Firm | Hybrid Working (2 Days in Office)

I am currently working with a highly regarded, multi-office Legal 500 firm that is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) to join its established team in Warwickshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern and forward-thinking practice that genuinely prioritises quality over quantity. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team, inheriting an established caseload from day one and benefiting from strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional client service.

The team advises a broad range of clients on high-quality commercial property matters, from straightforward transactions through to complex, high-value deals.

The Role

You will be involved in a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial and investment properties
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Lease renewals, rent reviews and licences
• Development and building agreements
• Property finance and secured lending transactions
• Security documentation
• Town and country planning issues
• Estate development projects
• Letting and property management matters
• Property transactions involving charities and not-for-profit organisations

Key Details

• Salary up to £65,000 plus bonus, depending on experience
• Established caseload from day one
• Hybrid working, only 2 days per week in the office
• Full-time or part-time applicants considered
