Our client are searching for a HR Admin/Assistan t to join their well-established HR team, seeking a motivated and organised individual for a 6 month basis This is onsite & full-time role. Mon - Thu 09:00 - 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break & Friday - 09:00 - 15:00 with a 30-minute lunch break Some of the duties are but not limited to: Assist in marketing initiatives, particularly those involving employee well-being, training etc Accompany the HR Manager in selected meetings to take minutes. Assist with the transformation from paper-based personnel files to electronic files within our in-house management system. Create a library of template documents Participate in the onboarding process for new employees Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures General HR administration surrounding employee data, holidays, timekeeping etc Qualifications/Skills Required A qualification (or working toward) in HR Management, Psychology, or a business-related subject Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly adapt to IT and social media platforms Excellent attention to detail.
