We are currently looking for a Driver with additional caring duties based in either Holywell Hospital or Magherafelt. This is a temporary role for a minimum of 2 to 3 months initially, with the potential for extension. The position is paid at £12.75 per hour and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Duties of the position include: Safely transport clients / patients to and from care facilities. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and safety checks. Operate vehicle tail lifts, where necessary. Ensure the safe securing of wheelchair users using approved restraints. Deliver and collect food supplies, furniture, and other materials as directed by management. Provide general assistance to clients / patients based on their individual needs. Administer minor first aid to passengers when required. Support staff and clients during facility functions, day trips, and other outings under the supervision of the Care Assistant. What we need from you Enhanced Access NI is required. Category D License is required with no restrictions. CPC Card valid for at least 2 years. What we will offer you Weekly pay.
