The Role

Provide first-line support to the Centre Management Team and serve as the main point of contact for occupiers and stakeholders of the Centre and its buildings. Manage business systems and support financial budget formulation and management.


What You’ll Do

* Provide management accounts with commentary and exception reports to assist decision-making.
* Administer the computerized accounts system (Portal/Qube), ensuring timely processing of purchase orders and invoices, maintaining records within compliance guidelines.
* Support the centre team with financial analysis, property management reporting, and other support tasks.
* Assist in producing the year-end budget pack with analysis and evidence for audits.
* Facilitate order production and liaise with finance for invoice processing and queries.
* Support procurement activities, including supplier setup and contract processing.
* Maintain professional relationships with occupiers, service partners, and stakeholders through various communication channels.
* Enhance customer engagement and support effective communication across the asset.
* Maintain accurate contact details for all relevant parties.


Administrative Support

* Perform routine administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and handling correspondence.
* Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.


Sustainability and Community

* Collect and record energy and waste data, and support tenant recharges.
* Engage with local community initiatives as the centre’s Community Champion.


Health & Safety

* Understand and adhere to the Company’s Health and Safety policies, including evacuation procedures to ensure safety.


About You

Essential Skills:

* Knowledge of financial control, accounting, and budgeting
* High digital literacy and quick learner of new platforms
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to interpret business needs
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Articulate in verbal and written communication
* Confident, proactive multi-tasker
* Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
* Experience in facilities, retail, or property management
* Knowledge of Health & Safety / Fire Safety policies
