The Role - Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils across KS1 and KS2 who display challenging behaviour. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils regulate their emotions, improve behaviour, and engage positively in learning. the ideal candidate will act as a strong role model, promoting positive behaviour strategies and supporting pupils to develop confidence and resilience. Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural needs is essential.
