Job Summary
Location: Ringwood
Salary: Up to £27k depending on experience, plus performance bonus up to £1800 pa
Hours: 08:30-17:30, Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, office-based (flexibility with start and finish times if only taking 30 mins lunch); once per week there is an option for an early shift - 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, 1-hour lunch

Requirements of the Purchasing Administrator:

Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Place purchase orders aligned with delivery schedules
* Manage ad hoc orders for direct deliveries and special requests
* Maintain purchase order due dates and chase back orders
* Handle invoice queries
* Monitor stock levels and resolve out-of-stock issues
* Review stock periodically to ensure supply and manage warehouse space
* Coordinate with buyers on supplier performance
* Work with sales to capture new customer requirements
* Notify suppliers of delivery discrepancies and resolve issues with the Goods In team
